Gluten-free batter and watched them clean grill properly before making. Much appreciated!
Have had many different crepes here, savory and sweet, and have always been happy. -

We absolutely had loved eating here. However something changed, not to mention the staff, and it just doesn't live up to my expectations. I enjoyed using the cardboard crepe holder that the former owner offered. Eating the crepe with a plastic fork just doesn't suit me. I had the Taylor but it was skimpy on its contents. The man behind the counter was not friendly at all and seemed to be new.

I've been a long time fan of their crepes since when they had the Bethlehem location. I have given this Easton location a few tries under the new management. Their crepes weren't as great as they used to be but still satisfying. Unfortunately things have changed.
My kids and I came today for our favorite, Taylor Made with an over easy egg. What we love about this particular crepe is the egg yolk that oozes out as we take a bite into it, a hint of maple syrup that compliments the cream cheese, and the caramelized onion. A crepe holder is a must to appreciate every bite of it. However, we were told that they no longer offer this contraption. Bummer. We went ahead and started eating our crepes with forks and knives. No egg yolk was oozing out of the crepe--he broke the egg yolks and over cooked them--and the crepe was way too crispy to slice. Double bummer! Hardly any maple syrup to compliment the large globs of cream cheese, which made the crepe taste bland. Much sadness! Lastly, there were chunks of half-grilled onions instead of caramelized onion. We were crushed!! We never minded the long wait as long as their food met our expectations but not anymore. -

Interesting concept. We tried the vegan crepe which had tofu, cheese, tomatoes, ans chili sauce. The crepe was fluffy and the size of the dish is plenty. The filling while good was not as hot as I like. It's worth a try if you want something different.

So goood! Huge crepe for the money, over stuffed with filling and so delicious. Did it take a little bit of time to get it, yes. But it's so fresh and so satisfying. I would wait twice as long if at the end I know it's going to be so good. Price was very fair. It's
